Go out to eat for Boston’s Restaurant Week March 14th – 26th, 2010

The economy is still tanked, all over the country people are tightening their belts but, during Boston’s Restaurant Week, you can eat great food and not have to dip into your retirement fund or the kid’s college savings.  How great are the savings…..a two course lunch costs $15.10, opt for three courses and it’s $20.10, three course dinners are $30.10.

Restaurant Week started this Monday the 14th and ends on the 26th (excluding weekends). Over two hundred restaurants are participating; Brasserie Jo at the Colonnade Hotel, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Legal seafood, Locke Ober, and Sol de la Terre to name a few.

Dine out for Boston’s Restaurant Week for the next two weeks where you can dine like royalty but not have to pay a princely sum.

Thanks for the reminder! It’s a great time to try new restaurants.

Had a great 3 course lunch at the Marliave today, escargot to die for, a lamb & beef stew with home made gnocci, and a bread pudding dessert with raisin caramel sauce topped with vanilla ice cream. What a treat!
